Maaret Pyhäjärvi is Director of Testing Services at CGI Finland and a long-standing practitioner in the testing profession. Alongside leadership responsibilities, she continues to work hands-on to improve testing practices within organisations.
To support her testing work, Maaret is also a polyglot programmer, conference designer, and community facilitator. She is widely recognised for combining practical testing experience with thought leadership on the future of the craft.
Maaret has delivered about 700 talks and training sessions in 30 countries. She has been named to Finland’s top-100 ICT list for six consecutive years and has received recognition from major international testing communities, including the Agile Testing Days Most Influential Testing Professional award and the EuroSTAR Testing Excellence Award.
Her work focuses on evolving testing through collaboration, technical skill development, and modern ways of working.
